Keeping Yourself Healthy: From the Inside OUT

1) Drink lots of fresh water - I like drinking cooled parsley water, that was collected from steaming parsley for 10 minutes. This cleans out your kidneys with a diuretic effect. I also throw in a few cranberries to make it a little bit tart!

TIP: Aim for half your body weight in ounces of water to drink per day. Ie, If someone weighs 100 lbs, they should drink ~50 ounces of clean water each day.
